Delivery & returns
Every StyleTodo piece is made to order, just for you. Here’s how long it takes, what delivery costs, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Delivery
Making your piece
We print each piece after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking. You’ll get an email with the tracking link as soon as it leaves.
United States
- Standard shipping: $4.95 for the first piece, $2.40 for each additional piece.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Arrives in about 5–9 business days from your order. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take 7–12 business days longer.
Europe
We deliver to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
- International shipping from the US: $18.95 for the first piece, $7.25 for each additional piece. This includes the EU import VAT and customs duty, which we pay in advance.
- Arrives in about 2–6 weeks (10–30 business days).
- No import VAT to pay at your door: your order is sent from the United States, and the import VAT is paid in advance through the EU’s IOSS scheme, so customs deliver it without asking you for VAT. In rare cases a local carrier may still ask for a small handling fee; if that happens, write to us.
Other countries
We don’t deliver outside the US and Europe yet.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 business days after the latest expected date, write to us and we’ll look into it with the carrier. If it’s lost, we’ll send a new one or refund you. Please check your delivery address at checkout: if a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, we can re-send it, but you’ll pay the shipping again.
Changing or cancelling an order
Write to us as soon as possible at hello@styletodo.com. If your piece hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll change or cancel it at no cost. Production often starts within 24 hours, and once it has started we can’t cancel or change it.
Something wrong with your order?
If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or with a defect, or we sent something different from your order (a different size, colour or design from the one on your order confirmation), we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You don’t need to send it back.
Just email hello@styletodo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the size label, if we sent a different size).
Returns
Every piece is printed just for you after you order, so we don’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind or a size that doesn’t fit. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we’ll replace or refund it, with no need to send it back (see above).
Choosing your size
Each piece has its own Size guide with exact measurements. Please check it before you order: we can’t exchange a size you chose. If you’d like a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
Customers in the EU and UK
The law where you live also gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To use it, email hello@styletodo.com within those 14 days with your order number (you can copy the form below).
Please don’t post anything back. In most cases you simply keep the piece (or pass it on to someone who’ll love it), and we refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your email, to your original payment method. If we ever do need a piece back, we’ll tell you in our reply and send you the return address before refunding.
